- How do I enter the quantity if I want a full box?
- You must enter the box quantity that is listed in the item description to get a full box, otherwise you will get the number of pieces you enter.
- What if I have profile cards that I want to include my customers sku or logo on?
- You must send your list w/ all info to Maria Winquest to order

- If you come across any cards that are not loaded into the system please send an email to Nick Clark to get the card created and added to the site.
- Why do I see “amount available” at the top of my screen?
- To keep budgets on track you have been assigned an allowance. Please see your RVP or Maria Winquest for more information.

- Only NHC Reps are able to access that tab for ordering uniforms. Please contact Nick Clark or your manager for more information.
- What are the VIP Baskets and why can’t I access them?
- The VIP Baskets are only available to RVP’s
- These are baskets that can be sent to welcome new customers or as a thank you to high dollar customers for their business.
- Why am I receiving an error when placing my order?
- If you are using a Novo company credit card you must make sure the billing address is listed as Novo’s corporate address – 8181 Logistic Dr. Zeeland MI 49464
- What is my lead time for stock and non-stock items?
- Stock items ship out in 24-48 hours
- Non-stock items or orders with a combination of stock/non-stock items ship complete with in 2 weeks unless it’s around a holiday. Peter Millar items typically take a little longer.
