**If possible, please do not order one profile card at a time. The cost is much higher that way**

  • How do I enter the quantity if I want a full box?
    • You must enter the box quantity that is listed in the item description to get a full box, otherwise you will get the number of pieces you enter.
  • What if I have profile cards that I want to include my customers sku or logo on?
    • You must send your list w/ all info to Maria Winquest to order
  • What if I cannot find a profile card that I need?
    • If you come across any cards that are not loaded into the system please send an email to Nick Clark to get the card created and added to the site.
  • Why do I see “amount available” at the top of my screen?
    • To keep budgets on track you have been assigned an allowance. Please see your RVP or Maria Winquest for more information.
  • What is my password?
    • Please email Maria Winquest for username & password information.

  • What is my password?
    • If you have never ordered apparel you will have to setup a username and password.
      • See instructions
    • If you have ordered but cannot remember your password, click on “forgot password” and you will receive an email to reset your password – it will come in your junk email
  • What is my promo code?
    • Please contact Maria Winquest for your promo code.
  • What is my budget?
    • Contact Maria Winquest for your budget allowance.
  • How do I access the NHC tab?
    • Only NHC Reps are able to access that tab for ordering uniforms. Please contact Nick Clark or your manager for more information.
  • What are the VIP Baskets and why can’t I access them?
    • The VIP Baskets are only available to RVP’s
    • These are baskets that can be sent to welcome new customers or as a thank you to high dollar customers for their business.
  • Why am I receiving an error when placing my order?
    • If you are using a Novo company credit card you must make sure the billing address is listed as Novo’s corporate address – 8181 Logistic Dr. Zeeland MI 49464
  • What is my lead time for stock and non-stock items?
    • Stock items ship out in 24-48 hours
    • Non-stock items or orders with a combination of stock/non-stock items ship complete with in 2 weeks unless it’s around a holiday. Peter Millar items typically take a little longer.
